Spliced Cruising Kicking Strap Cascade

The kicking strap is a vital control line for basic trimming of the mainsail and requires frequent adjustment.

Despite this, most production boats are fitted with inadequate 4:1 kickers resulting in rope loadings winch require a winch to adjust.

The common result is that the kicking strap is adjusted infrequently and your boat speed suffers.

Our spliced kicking strap cascade system uses high quality Holt bearing blocks and is designed to simply replace your existing kicking strap.

This product is a cruising spec cascade with the follwing details:

•  8mm diameter braid on braid rope.
  

• Purchase advantage of 16:1 (24:1 also available call for details)
  

• Adjustable travel on the cascade in order to set up accurately for your boom and mainsail.

• Main boom block rated with a 500 Kg safe working load.

• Option of leading the rope back along the coach roof or having a cam cleat at the mast on the kicking strap. (Please indecate which with your order.)
