Shipping:
We will process and dispatch all orders as fast as possible. For rope orders this will usually be the following working day.
This means you will receive most orders within three to four working days with the next day delivery option depending on the destination.
Complex orders with splicing services or any back-orders will take longer, usually seven to ten working days.
If we do not have the required length of rope in your colour choice, we can usually have a re-supply delivered the following working day. We will e-mail you a confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
We do not keep every Holt product in stock so some orders for blocks may be subject to a delay depending on how quickly Holt dispatch our back-order.
If you will be waiting on an urgent delivery please ask us to confirm the dispatch day so you know exactly when your package will arrive.
Returns:
If on inspection, you are not happy with the quality or suitability of the products delivered, you can return them in un-used condition, at any time and receive a full refund of the pruchase price.
